Funding of the Forever Young Foundation comes solely from annual fund raising events (such as the annual Steve Young Classic Golf Tournaments in Arizona and Utah), and corporate and private contributions. Administrative costs are minimized to assure that the money raised will directly benefit the parents and children served.

The Foundation raises funds to support qualified community outreach programs and charitable organizations such as: Anasazi Foundation (AZ), Florence Crittendon (AZ), Friends of the Children (CA), Larkin Street Youth Center (CA), Wasatch Adaptive Sports (UT), Christmas Box House (UT), and Forever Young Zones.
