Steve Young/Jerry Rice Bay Area Classic
On Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010, we hope you join us as we host the Steve Young/Jerry Rice Bay Area Classic at CordeValle Golf Club. Funds raised by this event will benefit our 8 to 80 Zones, The Tech Museum, and the Forever Young Foundation. We invite you to join us as we seek to bless the lives of Bay Area children served by these fine organizations.
In 1993, Forever Young was established to support community projects and non-profit organizations effectively serving the therapeutic and academic needs of seriously ill and underprivileged children. Through Jerry's vision, we have created our 8 to 80 Zones that provide youth living in underserved communities the skills to pursue careers in technology and media. We are proud to have The Tech Museum join us as our partner in this event as well. The Tech Museum engages people of all ages and backgrounds in exploring and experiencing technologies impacting their lives, and strives to inspire our youth to become innovators in the technologies of the future.
We have included an information sheet identifying the sponsorships available. Following is a tentative schedule for the day's events:
Wednesday, September 22nd
- 11:00 a.m. Lunch & Registration
- 12:00 p.m. Golf Clinic
- 1:00 p.m. Shot Gun Start
- 5:30 p.m. Dinner and Prizes
