Forever Young Foundation Nonprofit Institute
Forever Young Foundation has teamed with The Arbinger Institute, a leader in management training and team building, to provide a weeklong course for nonprofit leaders. Participants learn how to develop, implement, and update a one-year operating plan and 3 – 5 year long-range strategic business plan; hold themselves accountable to their contributors; and keep board members, staff, and volunteers focused on achieving results. In addition, participants continue their Institute training by joining other course graduates for a monthly best practice forum. Through underwriting by Forever Young and Arbinger, the Nonprofit Institute is offered at minimal cost to organizations who are looking to ensure the sustainability of their organizations for future generations.
